The full list
- Every business gets its own public booking page, where customers pick a service, a day and a time and book without making an account.
- A business is set up from a template for its trade: 200 templates across 12 sectors, each with services, prices and durations to start from. Setting up takes about 5 minutes.
- Services each have a price, a length, an optional deposit and an optional gap after them. The business sets opening hours, closed dates, and each team member's own hours and time off.
- With two or more team members, customers can choose who they book with, or take anyone available.
- Demand pricing: a business can raise or lower a service's price, or set it, by date, weekday, hour, or how full a time is (for example 20% more on Friday evenings, or more once a class is half full). Customers see each time's price before booking, and if it changes before they confirm they are told the new price instead of being charged it.
- A service can have places per session (up to 500), for a class, a table or a tour: several customers book the same time, the booking page shows the places left, and a full time is no longer offered.
- Card payments online go through Stripe, on the business's own Stripe account: the business connects it in the dashboard. A customer can pay in full or a deposit (a set amount, or a percentage of the price, as the business chooses per service); the time is held for 10 minutes while they pay. Without a connected Stripe account, bookings are confirmed at once and paid at the visit.
- A business can let customers add a tip when they pay by card.
- Gift cards: customers buy one by card for themselves or someone else ($5 to $1000), it arrives by email as a code, and it pays for bookings until it is used up. A business can also issue gift cards itself.
- Discount codes: a business makes a code for a percentage or an amount off, with an optional end date and an optional limit on how many bookings may use it.
- Waitlist: when a day is fully booked, a customer can ask to be emailed if a time opens that day (at most 3 emails). A time that opens goes to whoever books it first.
- Intake forms: a business writes questions (an allergy, a waiver to agree to) that customers answer when they book a service; the answers are on the booking in the dashboard.
- The assistants take spoken questions and can read their answers aloud, in browsers that support it (the microphone button and the speaker button in the window).
- On the Professional and Enterprise plans, an AI assistant in the business's dashboard: the team asks about a day's bookings, the next open times and the numbers for a period, and where something is set up. It never sees customers' names, emails or phone numbers and changes nothing; to book someone in it opens the New booking form at the time.
- One account for a customer at every business on ClickReserv: signed in (Google or a wallet), they see all their upcoming bookings at every place on one page, each with its own link to change or cancel, and the places they book with, with Book again. Each business still sees only its own customers.
- Every business's booking page works as its own small website: its name and sections in a bar, whether it is open now, a cover photo and a gallery of up to 8 photos it uploads, about and its team, its opening hours and closed days, where to find it with directions, its reviews, and booking right there. On every plan.
- A business switching from another booking tool (Vagaro, Square, Fresha, Booksy or a spreadsheet) can import its client list from a CSV export: names, emails, phones, notes and the date each became a client. They show up in Customers right away; nobody is emailed or texted.
- Customers can book without an account. A customer who signs in (Google, or a wallet) is welcomed back on the booking page with their upcoming bookings there, and their details are filled in.
- A point of sale: a business lists products with prices (and stock if it wants), opens the register on an iPad or any screen, and takes cash or a card at the counter. Receipts by email, refunds, and the day's totals by payment.
- Memberships (a business needs the Professional or Enterprise plan to sell them): a business sells plans paid each month or year by card, with a discount on every booking. A customer can also give someone a membership for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months as a gift, paid once. Members book with their member code and their own email address.
- Prepaid packages (also on the Professional and Enterprise plans): a business sells a number of visits paid once (for one service or any), such as ten for the price of nine. Each visit is booked free with the package code, or with no code at all when the customer is signed in with the email they bought it in. A cancelled visit goes back to the package. A package lasts twelve months.
- Reviews: a day after a visit the business marks done, the customer is emailed a link to rate it from 1 to 5 stars, once per visit. The booking page shows the average and the newest reviews under a first name and initial; the business can reply and can hide a review.
- Text messages: a customer who ticks the box when booking gets texts about that booking (a confirmation, reminders a day and an hour before, and a text when the business moves or cancels it). Replying STOP ends them. Texts go to US and Canadian numbers.
- Emails to an address that bounced or marked a message as spam stop: the app is told by Amazon and sends that address nothing more.
- Reports (on the Professional and Enterprise plans) for owners and admins: for the last 7, 30 or 90 days, this month or last month, the money in from bookings, counter sales, gift cards and memberships in one total, bookings by day, no-shows, new and returning customers, what sells, the busiest days and hours, and each team member's bookings. The period's bookings export as a spreadsheet file.
- More than one location: a business adds its locations (Pro allows 3, Enterprise as many as it needs), each with its own address, and puts each team member at one. With two or more open, the booking page asks the customer where first, shows only that location's times, and the confirmation says where.
- A business can show the products it sells at its point of sale as a menu page beside its booking page, by category with prices.
- Customers can add more services to have right after the first one in the same visit (up to three): one booking, one time long enough for all of them, one price and one payment.
- A business can make a booking that repeats, every week, two weeks or four, 2 to 12 times: each time is its own booking, a time already taken is skipped and named, and the rest of a series can be cancelled at once.
- A customer cancelling a paid booking chooses: the money back to how they paid, or the same amount kept as credit with the business, a gift card ready at once for their next booking.
- A cancellation policy per business: how much notice a free cancellation needs, and what a late cancellation or a no-show costs. Customers cancel or change their own booking from a link in their email.
- Emails: a confirmation with a calendar file, reminders a day and an hour before, and, if the business switches them on, 'time to book again', 'we miss you' and 'still want to book?' emails. Every one of those has an unsubscribe link.
- The dashboard has today's bookings, all bookings, a calendar, customers (with an export), services, the schedule, payments and refunds, gift cards, discount codes, memberships, the waitlist, reviews, intake forms, reports, locations, the team, settings and billing.
- A team: the owner invites people by email as admins or staff. Owners and admins manage money and settings; staff work with bookings.
- On the Enterprise plan a business can put its own logo and colour on its booking page.
- A business chooses its plan in Billing in its dashboard and pays for it by card each month. It can move to another plan at any time (the difference is on its next invoice) and cancel at any time: the plan then runs to the end of the month already paid for. There is no contract.
- Signing in is with a Google account or with a wallet. There are no passwords.
- A business can turn on an AI assistant for its booking page: customers ask it about services, prices and policy, and it finds them an open time. It never books by itself: the customer confirms each booking with their own press.
